Unanimous Enthusiasm from the Stablex Team at the 48-HOUR RIDE Make-A-Wish Quebec

The six Stablex employees were excited during the first team lap of the 12th edition of the 48-HOUR RIDE Make-A-Wish Quebec, which took place from September 14 to 16, 2018 at the ICAR circuit in Mirabel. There was nothing to suggest that the challenge would be daunting: spinning during the 1.5-2-hour relays; riding night and day; finding time to sleep; eating well and staying hydrated; hanging tough and not throwing in the towel!

At the finish line, despite the hurdles encountered, they were unanimous: they will ride their bikes again next year! The six teammates were proud to have travelled 1,744 km during the 48 hours of the challenge, but they were most fortunate to have raised $6,185, which was $1,185 more than their original target, set at $5,000.The funds donated by the 269 participating teams to Make-A-Wish Quebec will fulfill life-changing wishes for children with serious illnesses. The event, growing in popularity each year, raised over $2M during this 2018 edition.
